Managing nutrition is important to achieving overall health and wellness. Registered dietitians at the Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre provide one-on-one nutrition counselling including weight management, heart health, irritable bowel syndrome and much more.

Dietitians at GBACHC offer group, individual and family counselling on a variety of food, nutrition and healthy lifestyle topics including:

Craving Change

Craving Change helps people better understand problematic eating habits through a four to six-week workshop series. This group considers strategies to develop healthy eating habits for improved overall wellness.

Eat Well Talks

Have your questions about healthy eating answered! GBACHC dietitian will come to your group to talk about a specific topic.

Cooking Groups

Hands-on, fun cooking groups for our community. Learn how to make tasty, healthy recipes – and enjoy them at the end of each session!
