A team at the GBACHC is researching the implications of providing virtual care and programming during the COVID-19 pandemic to inform future care and program delivery.
Community members are invited to participate in a 20-minute phone call or virtual interview about their experience with virtual care or programming at the GBACHC. Virtual care or programming is any interaction with a health care provider or program leader using any virtual platform. These platforms include phone calls, Ontario Telehealth Network (OTN), Microsoft Teams, Zoom or others.
Participating in the interview will help the research team identify the strengths and weaknesses of virtual care and programming delivered by the GBACHC. All information shared will remain strictly confidential.
The most valuable information for enhancing and improving virtual care and programming will come from people who have experienced it. If this is you, please help us get it right!
several years ago I received treatment from a marvelous man for depression through the LIHN program – I highly recommend it to EVERYONE!
