Julie Datars, kinesiologist, Cindy Maxfield health promoter and several volunteers at GBACHC have found new ways to provide exercise sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Volunteers include Joy McClymont, Barbara Fock, Angela Arenberg, Kristy Lyon, and Shelley VanOsch. These caring and qualified instructors run exercise sessions via Facebook Live, Youtube and Microsoft Teams. More recently, instructors are offering in-person indoor and outdoor sessions with physical distancing and COVID-19 protocols to ensure safety of participants. But, as we go into winter, the outdoor sessions will depend on the weather. One participant said: “My entire body is getting a better workout than what I was doing on my own.”
