As vaccinations roll out, it is important to continue following all public health measures: wash your hands often, avoid close contact with people who are not part of your household, maintain two metres of physical distance from others, wear a mask in indoor public spaces, and stay home when you are sick.

The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre now has Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine available by appointment for anyone over 12 years old as follows:

  • First dose
  • Second dose, at least 8 weeks after a first dose of any vaccine type

Third doses are available 3 months after a second dose of any vaccine type to anyone of 18 years of age and older.

Before booking a third dose, check the Third Dose Calculator to ensure eligibility.

Vaccination clinics will be scheduled based on the availability of vaccine. Please call 519-238-2362 to make an appointment.

Accessible rides and assistance to book an online appointment are available through the Community Support Services Network at 1-844-482-7800.

Note: Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations may be given at the same time or booked seperately.
