Community Advisory Council Application
Community Advisory Council (CAC) are patients, caregivers, healthcare providers and individuals who volunteer to serve in an advisory capacity having direct influence regarding policies, programs and practices that affect patient care and services at the Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre (GBACHC).
The GBACHC Community Advisors are selected through a screening process, which includes an application review and a meeting with the Council.
The CAC meets on the first Thursday of each month at the GBACHC. Successful members are asked to commit to attending at least half of the scheduled meetings per year, participate in projects between meetings whenever possible, and to commit to participate for a three-year term.
