The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre is working with community partners, public health and government ministries to ensure your health and safety are protected during this unprecedented time. We welcome all area residents to contact us for medical and mental health assistance.

All Grand Bend area residents requiring urgent care may access both primary care and allied health services at the Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic.
(Even if you don’t have a family doctor at the Centre.)
