The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre (GBACHC) is a non-profit, community-governed organization that provides comprehensive primary health care and interprofessional health services.
The Grand Bend Area Health Service Foundation (GBAHSF) is a charitable organization that undertakes fundraising for the GBACHC. It receives and distributes funds necessary to assist with capital requirements.
We want to inform you that our Hensall primary care office will be closed for renovations from November 17 to 20. These renovations are designed to enhance accessibility to our exam rooms, providing a better experience for everyone.
During this time, all Hensall primary care patient appointments will be relocated to our Grand Bend site or will be conducted virtually. Please note that this closure does not affect Hensall’s Allied Health offices; those appointments will continue as scheduled at the Hensall location.
As the Hensall primary care staff and patients transition to Grand Bend, please be aware that there will be high traffic volumes and limited parking. To help accommodate everyone, all patients are welcome to use the rear parking lot, while the front lot remains available for those with limited mobility. All patients will still need to enter through the main front entrance.
