Annual General Meeting

Note that agenda item 6 concerns the adoption of the corporation’s new bylaws. The newly drafted bylaws here comply with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) and have been approved by the Board of Directors to proceed to the AGM for membership approval.
