Diabetes Education

Ongoing diabetes education and care to help you live a healthier lifestyle.

We believe that ongoing diabetes education and comprehensive care should occur together, so we take an integrated approach to treatment.

Our Centre offers a full-time Diabetes Education Self-Management program, which has been shown to improve A1c values and help avoid diabetes complications.
