Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)
Intended for individuals without major health concerns, this test analyzes body composition by considering body weight, fat, muscle and hydration.
This test focuses on healthy lifestyle tips and counselling to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. Follow up tests are incorporated to monitor progress. BIA clinics are offered in conjunction with GBACHC and community programming, like exercise groups and wellness programs. Individual and group testing are available.
