Social Work Services
Our social work team is here to help you or your loved ones cope with mental health challenges by providing a safe and supportive environment. We offer individual, couples and family counselling.
Diabetes Education
Our full-time diabetes education management program teaches people with diabetes how to live well and be healthy. This includes managing nutrition and diabetes medications, testing blood sugar and understanding results.
Primary Care
Our dedicated primary care team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered practical nurses and medical office assistants are committed to providing the community with quality.
Rehabilitation Therapy
Restore your ability to manage daily activities and improve your quality of life. Our physiotherapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapy assistants work with you to identify a treatment program that best suits your needs.
Registered Dietitian
Our dietitians provide group, individual and family counselling on a variety of food and nutrition topics. We also offer healthy lifestyle programs including cooking groups, Eat Well Talks and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis.
