Full-Time Physiotherapist
The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre (GBACHC) is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary primary care team on a full-time basis.

Position Summary
The Physiotherapist is responsible for the assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing management of patients referred for physiotherapy services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to both individual and group-based programming with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and families across our communities.

- Location: Grand Bend and Hensall locations
- Salary Range: $77,100 – $96,400 annually

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Physiotherapy program
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Professional Practice
- Assess, treat, and educate clients with acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Triaging clients appropriately based on care needs
- Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions
- Support patient self-management and health education
- Participate in individual and group teaching initiatives
- Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and professional development
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and accountability standards
Team & Community Engagement
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the GBACHC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners
- Act as a resource for staff and practitioners
- Support clinical education opportunities for students
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Health & Safety
- Support a safe and respectful workplace environment
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Participate in organizational initiatives that promote staff and patient well-being

Working Conditions
This role is based in a standard office and clinical environment and may require flexibility in scheduling to meet organizational and patient needs.
