Feeling stretched caring for a loved one?
You are a caregiver if you attend a family member’s or friend’s appointments, help with grocery shopping and household chores, or accompany them on social outings and activities.
Being a caregiver can be stressful. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an interactive, FREE, in-person, six-week educational workshop series where participants learn about the following: reducing stress, communicating difficult feelings, increasing the ability to make tough decisions and taking care of oneself.
Weekly attendance is expected.
